Dave Swaisgood – President / Owner 
Mr. Swaisgood earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree majoring in Human Resource Management from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. He has worked in the human resource management profession as a business partner for the past 30 years, including as President / Owner of Swais & Associate, LLC specializing specifically in executive and professional recruiting. Dave’s professional HR experience includes progressive career advancement in managerial positions within medium size manufacturing companies, large multi-conglomerate international manufacturing companies, and a sales/distribution company. His broad HR management experience includes working with both union and non-union manufacturing and distribution work forces, as well as all levels of executives, professionals, and sales professionals. As a management business partner Dave has actively recruited thousands of positions at all executive and professional levels across a wide variety of businesses. Dave’s last position was Director of Human Resources at Myers Industries in Akron Ohio where he was over the Distribution Segment domestically and internationally for more than 7 years.
